Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms have the meanings as stated:

• "happywin" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain happywin.best, including all subdomains, applications and related services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered or used the happywin services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the happywin platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Player's account at any given time, including real money and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional funds, credits or other benefits granted by happywin to a Player based on specific conditions.
• "Bet" or "Wagering" refers to the requirement to use the bonus amount a certain number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Services" refers to the full range of happywin offerings including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and all other platform features.

Any term not defined here shall be interpreted according to context and standard practice in the licensed online gambling industry.

Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account at happywin, the Player confirms and agrees that:

• The Player is at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• The Player is registering in their own name and not on behalf of any other individual.
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate and complete.
• The Player has never been designated as a person who has self-excluded from gambling activities.
• Online gambling is lawful under the applicable laws in the Player's location.
• A Player may only hold one account at happywin at any one time. Any duplicate accounts will be suspended and the balances within them may be forfeited.

happywin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be required include a national identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents as needed for account review. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

User Account

Each Player is fully responsible for their account at happywin. The following terms govern account usage:

• Players must ensure their username and password are kept securely and not shared with any other party.
• Players must notify happywin immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• happywin is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before the player made a report.
• Players are responsible for keeping their personal information, including email address and mobile phone number, up to date.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to happywin's inactive account policy, which may involve management fees.

happywin reserves the right to change a username if it violates the naming policy, contains offensive language or is misleading to other players.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions at happywin are subject to the following terms:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all available payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• happywin does not charge processing fees on deposits, however payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Any rejected deposit should be checked directly with the relevant bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after account verification is complete.
• happywin reserves the right to request additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Players may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to inaccurate information provided by the Player are entirely the Player's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by happywin are subject to specific conditions set for each offer. The general conditions that apply are as follows:

Welcome Bonus:

• New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times (15x) the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.
• Example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150. The account balance becomes RM250. The total wagering required is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Second example: A deposit of RM600 yields a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap). Account balance RM900. Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise.
• happywin reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Some games may not count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• happywin reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Game Rules

All games available on the happywin platform have their own rules which can be found within the respective game screen. However, the following general rules apply to all games:

• Game results are final. happywin uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness across all slot and table games.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. No claims for compensation will be entertained for errors arising from a misunderstanding of the rules.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved according to internal procedures. If a round is incomplete due to a disruption, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• happywin reserves the right to declare a game void and invalid if a significant technical error occurs that affects the fairness of the game.
• The use of automation software, bots or any external tools is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Player Responsibilities

By using the happywin platform, Players agree to:

• Wager only with money they can afford to lose, and not use money for basic necessities, borrowed funds or another person's money for gambling.
• Not use the happywin platform for any money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws in the Player's state or country of residence relating to online gambling.
• Not attempt to access the happywin platform from areas where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Report any bugs or system inconsistencies found to happywin support; Players who exploit bugs may have action taken against their account.
• Use the responsible gambling tools provided by happywin if they feel that their betting activity is beginning to affect their daily life.

Players are reminded that gambling carries the risk of losing money. happywin encourages all Players to set personal betting limits and take regular breaks.

Account Suspension & Closure

happywin reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account in the following situations:

• The Player is found to have breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or the use of stolen credit cards.
• The Player fails to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.
• The account is found to be linked to another account that has been suspended or banned.
• An account closure request is received from the Player themselves.

Upon account closure, the account balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player according to the established procedure. happywin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until an investigation is complete if the account closure is related to suspected fraud.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of Players' personal data is governed entirely by the happywin Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, Players also agree to that Privacy Policy.

• happywin collects data required for identity verification, transaction processing and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Player data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent.
• happywin uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between Players and the server.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data or to request data deletion in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

happywin provides the online gambling platform "as is" and makes no implied or express warranties regarding the following:

• Uninterrupted availability of the platform — scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.
• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the platform.
• Outcomes or returns from any game — all games involve the risk of losing money.

Under any circumstances, happywin's liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. happywin is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

happywin reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be given via:

• An announcement on the happywin website's main page.
• Email notification to the address registered with the Player's account.
• A notice within the Player's account upon login.

Continued use of the happywin platform after the amendment's effective date will be considered as the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they have the right to close their account before the effective date.
